This assignment was chosen to demonstrate the ability to apply a range of social work theories and evidence-based interventions with individuals, families, small groups, organizations, and communities in all types of settings. I chose this assignment because of the impact that elder abuse has on every member of the family. Through research I recieved much information that can assist me in my practice as a professional generalist social worker.
